INSTITUTE OF METHODOLOGY
Acquiring an essential and solid grounding in core theoretical and practical knowledge and skills is the prerequisite for any economics graduate, regardless of their specific major or specialization. The mission of our institute is to offer, in the first two academic years, the knowledge and competencies that will provide a foundation for the professional courses during the subsequent terms. The three main groups of subjects offered by our institute consist of economic mathematics, statistics and informatics, which are mandatory classes in most majors.
The institute has 7 full time and 20 external lecturers. Due to the complex and complicated nature of our courses, we do our best to support the individual development needs of students by offering personal consultations, where we can discuss their problems and concerns in a friendly, more casual setting.
Our colleagues have written several textbooks, teaching resource books and specialized books that students may find useful to facilitate their studies. Our research activities primarily focus on e-learning, connectivity and electronic syllabus development.
