In 2011 the ten-year-old institution, Budapest College of Communication and Business was awarded the status of Superbrands 2011. In his citation, Dr János Serényi, professional head of Superbrands highlighted the main considerations for the 2011 award: ‘In the past couple of years the main objective of successful brands – both at home and abroad – was to find a way out of the doldrums. They concentrated on overcoming hardship by solving the following crucial issues: How can we prevent losing more customers? In what way can we minimize losses? How shall we further tighten economies? There were only few companies, institutions and other businesses that were able to grow under such grave circumstances.’
This year the 18 expert members of the council have again deemed BKF worthy of the Superbrands 2012 title.
Hereby we would like to express our appreciation for the efforts of our colleagues and students who have contributed to maintaining a top quality brand in the market and to making BKF a Superbrand for the second time.
